・施設内備品、内装、寝具等を、汚損破損した場合はチェックアウト前にお申し出下さい。

No noise in residential area
No pets allowed
No shoes on the floor
Cleaning of the kitchen (We request that the level of cleaning is the same as before use. (We ask that you clean the kitchen to the same level as before you used it.)
No smoking or smoky cooking such as grilling meat or deep frying.
No cooking with cassette stove, grilled meat, etc.
Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the restrooms.
The first number of face towels and bath towels provided will be the only ones available. Additional replacement is not allowed. You are free to use the washer and dryer.
No one other than guests are allowed to enter the room.
Please do not take any of the interior furnishings or equipment (towels, toilet paper, and other consumables) that are set up in the rooms with you.
All items left behind will be disposed of. If there are items that cannot be disposed of as regular trash, a disposal fee will be charged.
Please notify us before check-out if you have defaced or damaged any of the fixtures, decorations, bedding, etc. in the facility.
